The composition for nasal administration to help decrease the need to smoke of given subject or providing replacement for smoking tobacco, which contains nicotine solution or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, derived from nicotine in pharmaceutically acceptable solvent, wherein the nicotine concentration is in the range between 10 mg/ml to 40 mg/ml. Composition also comprises suitable substance for modification of viscosity in the range from 0.001 Pa . s to 0.099 Pa . s. disclosed is also spray device, which releases the composition in the form of drops with the size of particles at least 10 um and releases the fix of nicotine in the range from 1 to 3 mg.
