The call signal is transmitted to a station when enough money is left on a telephone card and before the cell site is connected to an exchange, a reservation signal is sent to a receiver. The telephone includes a call signal generator (35) for transmitting a call signal to a cell site, a reservation signal generator (36) for generating a reservation signal during the time for the cell site to connect an exchange, and a receiver-transmitter (22) for generating transmission signal according to input audio signal and for sending received signal and message signal to a receiver.
