The aerobically purifying apparatus for treating a sanitary sewage containing an organic material of human excreta and livestock excreta is characterized by removing the excreta solid by passing it through the sedimentation tank and the aeration tank, decomposing the organic material with an aerobic microorganism, feeding the sanitary sewage into the flow passage, decomposing the microorganism of the sewage with aerobes on the protruders in the flow passage, and decomposition purifying the organism by the increase of the dissolved oxygen amount in the sewage.
