The solid autocleaning agent for preventing slime and scale from attaching to a toilet bowl consists of 20-40 wt% polyoxyethylene glycol deriative, 5-20 wt% an extender and a thickener such as carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose and etherificated polysaccharide, 5-20 wt% fatty acid ethanol amides, 3-15 wt% an anionic surfactant such as alpha olefin sulfonic acid, alkylbenzene sulfonic acid and sodium lauryl sulfonic acid, 3-15 wt% inorganic salts and water content. Polyoxyethylene glycol derivatives have the value of HLB, 10-20 and its number of carbon is 12-18, fatty acid ethanol amides has 12-18 carbons. And other additives comprise a germicide such as benzylthorium chloride, dimethylbenzyl chloride or hexachloropene etc and an edible dyestuff.
