PREPARATION METHOD OF 5'-GUANYLIC ACID BY CULTIVATION

The fermentation method for guanylic acid (I) consists of (1) selecting mutant KFCC 10751 (II) on decoynine and polyoxyethylene alkylamine to resist osmotic pressure and to have 5-xanthilate aminase activity from Brevibacterium ammoniagenes KAIST 850214-15812, (2) culturing (II) on broth or xanthic acid fermentation broth to convert to (I). Final (I) concentration is 87.4 g/l.
