The apparatus adjusts R, G, B LCD pannels in X, Y, Z directions so that R, G, B images are overlapped exactly on a screen. An X, Y adjusting plane (14,18,19) is deposited on a base plate (15) and X and Y directions are adjusted by adjusting screws (22,23) coupled on fixing segment (55,55'), and Z direction is adjusted by a Z-axis adjusting screw (24) coupled on a fixing segment (55") and Z adjusting plane (20).
