The method and circuit controls power of telephone capable of using simultaneously local/remote power feedings in a power supply of an integrated service digital networks (ISDN) telephone. The circuit is composed of a transmitter connected to a public network "S" interface, an AC/DC adapter, an operation mode sensor connected with the transmitter and the AC/DC adapter, an operation mode selecting switch connected to the transmitter, and a DC/DC converter.
