PURPOSE:To surely prevent the slip-off of a webbing taking-up part from between both the left and right side walls of a frame and fit a reel shaft in the frame in a simple manner. CONSTITUTION:On the peripheral surface of the flange part 4b of a reel shaft, an arcuate projection part 4m for suppressing slip-off is formed. The center axis a2 of the reel shaft is set eccentric by the eccentricity quantity (b) from the center axis a1 of a through hole 2d, and the reel shaft is opposed to the through hole 2d, so that the outer peripheral edge consisting of the flange part 4b and the projection part 4m for suppressing slip-off is adjusted for the through hole 2d. After, in this state, the reel shaft is allowed to penetrate through the through hole 2d, the reel shaft is shifted upward, and the center axis a2 of the reel shaft is allowed to coincide with the center axis a1 of the through hole 2d, and the reel shaft is incorporated at a prescribed position of a frame. Since, in this state, the projection part 4m for suppressing slip-off is at the position shown by the two-dot chain line, the projection part 4m for suppressing slip-off makes contact with a gear 2f, and the slip-off of the reel shaft is suppressed. |
