<p>PURPOSE:To provide a resin composition for producing vinyl chloride resin gloves excellent in lubricity, easy in putting the gloves on hands or pulling the gloves off from the hands, and not generating dust, and to provide a method for producing the vinyl chloride resin gloves from the resin composition. CONSTITUTION:The resin composition comprises (A) the aqueous emulsion of a synthetic resin having adhesiveness to vinyl chloride resins in an amount of 100 pts.wt. as the insoluble content of the aqueous emulsion, (B) an acrylic resin aqueous emulsion containing >=70wt.% of methyl methacrylate component in an amount of 1060 pts.wt. as the insoluble content, (C) a water-soluble methyl cellulose ether in an amount of 10-60 pts.wt., and (D) mica fine powder having a particle diameter of 0.1-25mum in an amount of 5-100 pts.wt. The resin composition is made to adhere to a gel-like vinyl chloride resin layer formed on the surface of a hand mold, heated, and subsequently cooled. The formed and membrane is turned over and demolded to produce a vinyl chloride resin rlove.</p> |
