<p>PURPOSE: To provide a gas pressure regulator for which the disadvantageous points of a conventional technique are dissolved or improved. CONSTITUTION: This pressure regulator 1 is provided with a gas inlet 2 and a gas outlet 3 and a gas passage 4 is formed between them. A regulating member 5 is provided on the downstream of the gas inlet far from the gas passage 4. The regulator 1 is also provided with the heat exchange means 15 of the shape of a heater driven by power or an atmosphere theater without the need of the supply of the power disposed between the gas inlet 2 and the regulating member 5. The regulating member 5 is elastically displacable in response to gas pressure, is mechanically connected so as to operate a valve 6 at the gas inlet 2 and regulates the gas pressure at the gas outlet 3. The regulator is effectively used in a device for supplying gaseous chemical from a high pressure source such as the cylinder of a fumigation disinfectant whose base body is liquefied CO2 , is stronger than almost all of the devices of the conventional technique, is hardly clogged and provides highly sensitive and accurate pressure regulation.</p> |
