PURPOSE:To facilitate a document creation of a document such as the minutes of proceedings without taking notes or reproducing a magnetic tape and listening to information, and inputting information on a keyboard. CONSTITUTION:Information inputted to an electronic board 2 is recognized by a handwritten character recognition part 13 or handwritten figure recognition part 14 according to its kind and the recognized information is converted by a conversion part 16 into data in specific format for character output; and the converted data are stored in a storage part 17 and an external storage device 12 and the stored data are outputted as characters by a specific character output means, so that the document is created. |
