<p>PURPOSE: To provide a current transfer element of reduced noise which can be preliminarily assembled to a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: A current transfer element for a steering wheel of an automobile is provided with a stator 3 which can be installed on a steering column, and a rotor 2 which can be installed on the steering wheel. The stator 3 and the rotor 2 are guided concentrically to each other, and contacts are provided for current transfer connection between the stator 3 and the rotor 2. The rotor 2 and the stator 3 are not guided, but clipped to each other having axial play and radial play, and they can be fixed to be relatively rotated without getting in contact with the steering wheel or the steering column.</p> |
