PURPOSE:To release the lock of a brake pedal in a brake application state by a common release member which is operated in automatic and manual form. CONSTITUTION:When a release member 36 is turned in the direction of arrow E by the turn in the direction of arrow G of a link plate 44 driven by an actuator or the turn in the direction of arrow H of a manual release lever 47 which is manually driven, the operation end 33, of a lock spring 33 is pressed, and the lock of a brake pedal in a brake application state is release. The turn in the direction of arrow G of the link plate 44 is absorbed by the relative bending between a release plate 51 and a manual release rod 52, and not transmitted to the manual release lever 47. The turn in the direction of arrow H of the manual release lever 47 is absorbed by the slide in the slot hole 44, at the lower end of an autorelease rod 45, and the transmission to the link plate 44 is prevented. |
