PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to directly alter a program by providing an output order reference part which is actuated from a deposit load counting document generating process in document output and refers to an output item information file and informs the deposit load counting document generating process of the output order of output item information data. CONSTITUTION:An item code and a classification code are used as keys when actual data for a deposit load item name are read out of a deposit load counting file 50 by the deposit load counting document generating process 31. When the output order is changed, an output information update part 13 only updates an output item information file 40 and the internal process of the program need not be altered. The deposit load counting document generating process 31 searches the deposit load counting file 50 for deposit load counting data 561 in the order read in the output order reference part 17 by using the item code and classification code, and reads and processes the data. Then the order of output on a printer 32 can be changed only by changing the output order of the output item information data 41. |
