PURPOSE:To automate the dehydration and powdering of food raw materials with a simple device by making the inner periphery of a filter ring plat have a section almost in the shape of an inverted trapezoid, making the outer periphery thicker than the inner periphery, laminating the outer peripheries, and leaving the gap on the inner periphery of the laminated filter ring plates. CONSTITUTION:The inner peripheral circular end part 3 of a filter ring plate 2 is made to have a section almost in the shape of an inverted trapezoid and its outer peripheral circular end part 4 is made to have a specified thickness thicker than that of the inner periphery. The specified number of the outer peripheral circular end parts 4 are laminated, butted against each other, and specified gaps are set between the inner peripheral circular end parts 3 to make them a filter part 1. A material to be treated is fed from above and a screw shaft 13 of a cylindrical casing 11 is subjected to rotational driving and rocking in the rotational direction. Then, cutting action under rotation is increased to notably improve pulverization efficiency, thrust is strong, and compression dehydrating capacity is heightened. |
