CONSTITUTION:A host computer 1 is provided with a visual point location measuring means 18 measuring the distance between the location of an operator' s eyes and the display surface of a display 2 based on the output of a receiver 13, an input detection means 19 detecting the input of an input means, a voice discrimination means 20 discriminating the voice input by a microphone 16 and an input data arithmetic means 21 combining the discriminated input data. After the rough graphic that an operator instructs by using an input means such as a keyboard 3 is detected and an image is prepared by the input detection means 19 of a host computer 1 when an operation is performed, the image is corrected by combining the instruction by the input means and the numerical data inputted through the microphone 16 and discriminated by a voice discrimination means 20 by an input data arithmetic means 21.
