HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE IN NG HEADER PENETRATION PART OF DOUBLE-PIPE OPEN-RACK EVAPORATOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the cooling of an NG being delivered by welding the bottom fringe of a cap welded to an inner pipe to the fringe of the upper hole of an NG header to form a space in the cap. CONSTITUTION:An inner pipe 5 with a cap 10 and a heat insulation 8 attached to the pipe 5 is inserted through the upper hole 13 of an NG header 3 into an outer pipe 6; then the bottom fringe 12 of the cap 10 is welded to the fringe of the hole 13; and the upper end 8' of the heat insulation 8 is inserted into the space 15 in the cap 10.
