PURPOSE:To prevent the abrasion of a cutter for forming each cut-in part on both the sides of a common lip part and favourably keep the wiping characteristic even if a coated film is formed. CONSTITUTION:After the cut-in parts 12a and 12b are formed on both the sides of a common lip part 8, the common lip part 8 is coated with a coating material 17 by a coating device 16. |
