PURPOSE:To improve the use efficiency of the image copy system. CONSTITUTION:When an image reading part 1 and an image forming device 4 2 are in a local state and a remote request is inputted while or after an operator sets any copy mode excepting for a standard (initial) copy mode, one piece of confirmation information showing whether preserving the copy mode in the middle of or after setting or not is displayed on an operation part 22 at least, when the operator inputs permission information from the operation part 22, the copy mode is preserved, the local state is canceled, a remote state is started and further, the occupation time of the image forming device 2 in the case of starting the remote state or a print mode and the number of sheets to be printed are displayed on a display means as confirmation information. Thus, when the time for the image forming device 2 to be set in the remote state is short, the operator inputs the permission information from the operation part 22 correpsonding to the remote request so that the remote state can be provided. |
