<p>PURPOSE:To provide a new RAD51 structure gene useful for the production of human recombinant DNA useful for the detection and treatment of grave heredopathy caused by the deleting mutation of human RADON gene. CONSTITUTION:A RAD51 structure gene coding the amino acid sequence of formula (originated from the brain cell of Mus musculus), the amino acid sequence of 365 bp originated from the haploidal cell of Schizosaccharomyces pombe of mitotic stage or the amino acid sequence of 339 bp originated from the marrow cell of Homo sapiens. A mouse RAD51 gene is cloned by using a cDNA library (lambda gt11) prepared from mRNA expressed in the brain of mouse and the base sequence of the mouse brain RAD51 structure gene is determined by using the obtained brain cDNA clone.</p> |
