NONCONTACT IC MODULE AND NONCONTACT IC CARD, AND THEIR MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide the noncontact IC card which is superior in manufacture cost and characteristic reliability. CONSTITUTION:The noncontact IC card 1 is constituted by mounting a noncontact IC module 2 on a resin plate 6 having a recessed part 4 formed so that a loop antenna 32 is exposed in the top surface similarly to the noncontact IC card. The noncontact IC module 2 is constituted by providing the loop antenna 23 and an IC chip 40 on the opposite surfaces of a durable insulating substrate and the loop antenna 32 seldom deform plastically even when a user applies a bending force to the noncontact IC card while handling it.
