PURPOSE:To improve strength and productivity by combining plural inner cores which only have openings bored simply. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 4 made of bismaleimide-triazin, glass epoxy resin, etc. is arranged on the reverse surface of a top film 11 where a magnetic stripe 3 is formed. Openings 4a and 4b wherein a main chip 5 and a subchip 6 are put are bored in this substrate 4, and contact parts 7-1-7-8 are formed larger than openings 11a of the top film and arranged so that the substrate surface is not exposed to the outside even at peripheries of the contact parts even when the top film is positioned slightly inaccurately. |
