<p>PURPOSE:To allow the press-in to a hard ground by providing a solenoid valve and a check valve on a hydraulic circuit to constitute an oil pressure increasing device 2a for generating an oil impact, and supplying only operation oil raised in pressure higher than an oil pressure source to a pile press-in cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a batter pile 13 such as steel sheet-pile is pressed into a ground 14, a general oil pressure is supplied to a cylinder 2 to press the pile 13 into a weak ground 14a on the upper layer. When the pile 3 reaches a hard ground 14b and can not be pressed with the general oil pressure, a solenoid valve 6 is operated to block an oil pipeline 3, and an oil impact is generated in the oil pipeline 3. An operation oil raised in pressure higher than an oil pressure source caused by the oil impact is supplied to the hydraulic cylinder 2 through a check valve 5 to momentarily raise the pressure in the cylinder 2. Thus, the batter pile 13 can be easily pressed into the hard ground 14b without using 8 hammer.</p> |
