PURPOSE:To obtain the totalization result where details of specific information are left. CONSTITUTION:This control break totalizing method is provided with a data acquisition step 1 where data in a table form is acquired from a file, a break key string designating step 2 where a string for control break totalization is designated, a totalization condition designating step 3 where a user designates a totalization condition to the break key string so that data other than data to be noticed are totalized, a sort step 4 where data are classified and transposed in accordance with a string designated as the break key string, and a totalizing step 5 where data other than data to be noticed are totalized in accordance with the totalization condition with respect to the string designated as the break key string. |
