PURPOSE: To provide a soft thin film material in which fiber and/or a particle is embedded and to provide a process suitable for using hydrosonics and embedding fiber and/or the particle. CONSTITUTION: The tip 54 of an ultrasonic horn is touched so as to form an angle 56 for a transfer device 22 for transferring the soft thin film material. A wedge-shaped region 64 is filled with a fluid such as water and fiber or a particle or filled with a mixture 62 in which both are mixed and ultrasonic vibration is given. Thereby, the particle or fiber is embedded in the soft thin film material.
