PURPOSE:To synchronously output characters and other information by containing in coded characters and other coded information a multiplexer for multiplexing coded time information and structuring to coincide the outputting time of the character and of other information at the time of decoding. CONSTITUTION:Time information is coded by a time information encoder 10 based on an internal clock 9. The sound information and image information that have been coded, and the character code that has been marked with the information of kinds, size, color and position are multiplexed in their coded time information by a time information multiplexer 11, 12, 13, further multiplexed by a multiplexer 14 and recorded in a store media 15. The multiplex information read out from the store media 15 is demultiplexed, the time information is inputted in a circuit for controlling time information, each buffer memory where each information has been inputted is controlled based on this time information, and the sound information, image information and the characters are synchronously outputted. |
