PURPOSE:To prepare a document adaptive to the format of a prescribed form without requiring any trial print by showing the format on a display after reading it by a scanner and then producing the document on the display. CONSTITUTION:The format of the prescribed form is read by a scanner and fetched in a word processor as the image data (S1). Then, the format is shown on the display of the word processor as an image (S2), and a screen exclusive for production of sentences is shown on the format shown on the display (S3). Then, the production of a new document or the correction of an existing document is judged (S4). When a new document is to be prepared, the characters are sequentially supplied on the screen exclusive for preparation of sentences in accordance with the display of the format for preparation of a desired document (S5). When the preparation of a new document is completed, the new document is printed out on the form where the prescribed format is printed (S8). |
