摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a crowbar condition by cross-connecting a control transistor(TR) across an input to latch and a power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION: A latch control driver 90 comprises latches 94 and 96 having transmission gates G1 and G2 controlled by complementary clocks through a clock and an inverter, and an output driver 92 having a pull-up TR 11 and a pull-down TR 12 of NTR directly connected with a power source VCC across the ground VSS. Each of the latches 92 and 94 is cross-connected with control TRP1 and P2 of PTR of which the source is connected with the power supply VCC, and the gates of TRP1 and P2 are not simultaneously made L, nor are TRT1 and T2 turned on at the same time. Thus, TRT1 and T2 are prevented from being simultaneously turned on to become short circuit state and this prevents the generation of a crowbar condition.</p> |
