<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an infrared ray condenser which can contribute to the enhancement of accuracy in the infrared optical measurement while achieving downsizing and simplification and in which necessary optical systems can be housed in one cryostat. CONSTITUTION:First and second Cassegrain mirrors 10, 16 comprising a concave mirror and a convex mirror, respectively, can be arranged while intersecting the optical axes by disposing an intermediate reflector. Consequently, the optical system 10 for condensing the light onto a sample and the optical system 16 for condensing the detecting light can be arranged efficiently in a limited space. Since both optical systems can be housed easily in one cryostat 26, the equipment for conducting optical measurement of a sample using infrared rays can be downsized and simplified while contributing to the enhancement of accuracy by facilitating the setting of atmosphere.</p> |
