A casing (1) which is buried in the ground has inside it a vertically sliding bollard (2). The bollard is slid by a sleeve (20) fixed at its bottom (21) around a vertical tube (12) fixed at its base to the bottom of the casing. In sliding, the bollard displaces along its external edges a horizontal plate (13) fixed to the upper end (15) of the vertical tube. Locking of the internal face of a wall (22) with the bollard is by a bolt (3) which pivots about a horizontal axle (26) fixed to the internal face of the wall. The bolt has a part (37) projects beyond the free vertical space delimited by the edge (17) of a notch (16) in the horizontal plate. Pivoting of the bolt allows clearing of the plate as the bollard slides.
