PURPOSE:To automatically make out and attach a distribution list sheet where the distribution list is formed in synchronism with the work of classifying copied materials and to facilitate the work of distributing the copied material. CONSTITUTION:As for the image processor provided with an image information reading means 6 for reading the image of an original 4, an image forming means 7 for printing the read original image and a classifying means 2 for classifying plural sets of copied materials, a distribution information sheet 3 where plural pieces of distribution information are mentioned and having a specified distribution on which a specified area processing 5 is executed, a specified area recognizing means 8 for recognizing the specified area of the distribution information sheet 3, a specified area processing means 9 for processing the recognized specified area and the distribution information sheet 3 on which the processed specified area is printed, and the distribution information sheet 3 with the specified area printed is supplied to the first, or last copied material classified by the classifying means 2. |
