<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the update period of the entire pattern by rotating a rotating drum at special reproduction revolutions twice or over fasten than in a conventional special reproduction, thereby reproducing much more data. CONSTITUTION:An object drum rotation period subject to 1/2 frequency division by a SW circuit 127 is selected at special reproduction and number of revolutions of a drum is set twice. After a reproduction signal is amplified by an amplifier AMP 102, the amplified signal is led to a digital demodulator 103. The reproduction signal is demodulated by the digital demodulator 103 to be digital data and an ID detector 104 detects an ID from the digital data, the data are stored in a predetermined storage address in a track memory 105 based on the ID. The stored digital data are demodulated into a video signal by a reproduction processing circuit 106. Furthermore, a phase after and before the head tracing a recording track is controlled to be an optional phase by applying an ATF tracking error signal 114 to a sample-and-hold circuit 15, in which the signal is sampled and held synchronously with the drum rotation.</p> |
