A geopolymer cement is produced by geosynthesising an aluminosilicate oxide (Si2O5Al2O2)9Si2O5A(2(OH)3) having the Al cation in coordination (IV-V) as determined by the nuclear magnetic resonance analysis spectrum MASNMR for 27 Al and a hydrated alkaline oligo (sialate-siloxo) compound (SiO2AlO2)(SiO3)2-3(OH)2-3(Ca,Na,K)1-3 in which the tetrahedral structure (AlO4) in of type Q2(2Si) or Q3(3Si) and the nuclear magnetic resonance analysis spectrum MASNMR for <27>Al presents a resonance of at least 70/!8 ppm.
