PURPOSE:To provide a dispersion luminescence element illuminating at high intensity, capable of being baked at a low temperature, and having a thin whole structure. CONSTITUTION:An insulating/reflecting layer 20, a phosphor luminescence layer 30 dispersed with phosphors 31 in a binder, a transparent conducting film 40, and a surface protective layer 50 are formed in sequence on the surface of a metal base 10, and the metal base 10 and the transparent conducting film 40 are electrically connected. The insulating/reflecting layer 20 is formed into a two-layer structure of a lower porous inorganic insulating layer 21 and an upper sealing inorganic insulating layer 22. An alumina silica film is used for the lower porous inorganic insulating layer 21, and a white glass film or a silica film is used for the upper sealing inorganic insulating layer 22. |
