PURPOSE:To provide a centralized processing system for an automatic transaction machine which can lower the cost of the automatic transaction machine itself and the cost of the whole system. CONSTITUTION:A bill receiving and paying device 22 mounted on the automatic transaction machine 21 is not provided with a storage part which stores bills to replenishment and collected bills, and replenished and collected bill storage parts 40a and 40b which stores bills for replenishment and collected bills are provided behind plural automatic transaction machines 21; and a bill replenishment and collection device 29 which functions to replenish bills to the automatic transaction machine 21 and also collect bills is mounted, and a concentration machine 28 which can move to a desired automatic transaction machine 21 by the use of a self-running mechanism 31 and a rail 30 is provided.
