PURPOSE:To progress photographing sequence only when abnormality is not found at all by detecting trouble such as faulty contact, the mechanical trouble of an aperture and the trouble of a motor and informing a photographer of the trouble is caused at such a time in the case of supplying power from a camera main body to an interchangeable lens main body through a contact between both of them and driving the aperture of the lens by the motor. CONSTITUTION:This camera consists of the camera main body 1 and the interchangeable lens main body 2, and a power supply means 18 and a photometric calculation means 3 are disposed in the camera main body 1, and a motor-driven aperture device 24 is disposed in the lens main body 2. Even when the aperture device 24 is provided with an opening detection means, a rotational amount detection means and a discrimination means, and the opening/closing state of the aperture detected by the opening detection means is an open state, in the case the aperture device 211 is driven by an aperture driving circuit 31 in accordance with the number of pulses equivalent to the number of steps of the aperture set by the calculation means 3, the photographing sequence is progressed in the case the discrimination means discriminates that the rotational amount of the motor for driving the aperture detected by the rotational amount detection means is equal to or above a specified value. |
