PURPOSE:To detect the detailed temperatures of various sections of a heated object by providing an electromagnetic induction coil controller controlling an electromagnetic induction coil with signals obtained from a glass layer covering resistors and the resistors through an electrode. CONSTITUTION:The heat of a heated object heated by the magnetic field generated by an electromagnetic induction coil 1 heats a plurality of concentric resistors 4, 5, 6 formed on the surface of a glass plate 2, and the resistance values of the resistors 4, 5, 6 are changed by temperature changes. The resistance value changes are transferred to the electromagnetic induction coil controller 3 through an electrode 7, the temperature of the heated object is read out in the controller 3, it is compared and referenced to the desired heating program, and the power feed to the coil 1 is increased or decreased for the heating according to the program. An object to be cooked is heated and cooked by the heat generated on the heated object. When the temperature of the heated object is controlled by the controller 3, cooking failures such as scorching or half-boiling due to the overheating or temperature irregularities of the cooked object can be prevented. |
