PURPOSE:To effectively utilize at a maximum a flying object for wide variety of use such as long distance communication, mobile communication, television/ radio broadcasting and relaying, a navigation system and resource searching but which is not a satellite. CONSTITUTION:A light plane from the airport of Okinawa flies a route 6 at low speed as much as possible. More than three light planes fly within the view from any place at the periphery of the fly route. They, function as the point parts of communication relay with more than several flying objects, and they can be used as the navigation system. When the next light plane cannot take off from the airport 1 owing to the adverse influence of a typhoon 5, the light plane of the same standard takes off from the airports 4, 5 or 2 to make it function as a communication network. |
