PURPOSE:To provide the silver halide color photographic sensitive material improved in lightfastness without using a large amount of an auxiliary solvent in emulsification dispersion. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive material contains in a color nondeveloping layer (i) a water-insoluble polymer having a number average molecular weight of <2000 derived from a monomer having an aromatic group, (ii) 2-(2'- hydroxyfnlphenyl)benzotriazole type, benzophenone type, or triazine type ultraviolet absorber, and (iii) a high boiling point organic solvent having a refractive index of <=1.50.
