PURPOSE:To provide a three-dimensional image display device which enables an observer to concentrate on an image observation by reducing the manipulated variable that the observer side requires for rotated display. CONSTITUTION:The three-dimensional image display device which converts three-dimensional image data including an object image into a projection image viewed from a display direction and displays the image generates plural projection images by a system controller 2 and an image processing arithmetic part 4 on the basis of plural display directions rotated by fine angles around an axis of rotation, which crosses both a 1st and a 2nd different display direction inputted through the operation of an input part 7 at right angles, from the 1st display direction to the 2nd display direction, and displays the projection images in sequence at an image display part 6.
