PURPOSE:To improve containability of frozen food, etc., in a freezing room by forming an icemaking corner in a flat structure having icemaking trays at right and left of lower parts and an ice storage box at a lower center in the room. CONSTITUTION:An icemaking corner 16 to be installed at a lower part of a freezing room 4 has icemaking trays provided at both sides to make cubic ices and an ice storage box 18 for stocking the provided ices. The refrigerator comprises a blower for circulating chilled gas cooled by a cooler, a duct for supplying the gas from the blower into the room, a discharge port 9a provided corresponding to the room at a lower part of the blower, and two discharge ports provided corresponding to the trays 17 at the lower right and left sides in the room. Thus, the corner is provided with a flat structure at a lower part of the room, thereby improving containability of frozen food and to facilitate containing of the trays 17 in the corner. |
