PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of temperature dispersion by heating the intersections of metal wires of two different kinds provided on a glass plate face with the heat of a heated object due to the magnetic field generated by an electromagnetic induction coil, guiding the induced thermo-electromotive force to an electromagnetic induction coil controller, detecting the temperature of the heated object, and adjusting the heating. CONSTITUTION:When a power switch is turned on, the power controlled by a coil controller 3 is fed to an electromagnetic induction coil 1, the ferromagnetic field is generated around the coil 1, and a heated object made of a ferromagnetic substance such as an iron pot mounted on a glass plate 2 is quickly heated in a short time. The heat is quickly transferred to intersections 10, 11, 12 of different-kind metal wires via a thin glass layer 13 of 20mum, for example, kept in contact with the heated object, and the temperature rises to change the thermo-electromotive force. The intersection 10 is formed with a Pt wire 4 and an alloy wire 7 of Pt and Rh, the intersection 11 is likewise formed with a Pt wire 5 and an alloy wire 8 of Pt and Rh, the intersection 12 is formed with a Pt wire 6 and an alloy wire 9 of Pt and Rh, the thermo- electromotive force from them is fed to the coil controller 3, and the power to the coil 1 is increased or decreased. |
