PURPOSE:To prevent bubbles from being mixed into a dispensation system positively in the replacing work of a liquid tank. CONSTITUTION:When a residual cleaning liquid detecting section 9 makes a decision that a predetermined quantity of cleaning liquid is not left in a cleaning liquid tank 4, a predetermined quantity of cleaning liquid is sucked into a syringe 1 under control of a control section 8. It is also notified to a user by a tank replacement indication lamp 10 thus prompting the user to replace the cleaning liquid tank 4. Upon finishing the replacing work, the cleaning liquid sucked into a second fluid channel 5 and the syringe 1 is delivered into the replaced cleaning tank 4 thus discharging bubbles entered from the forward end part of the fluid channel 5. |
