PURPOSE:To make an optical communication equipment small, to realize high resolution and to suppress the deterioration of performance owing to long-term use. CONSTITUTION:A jimbal mechanism 28 is engaged with a fixed member 21 so that it can rock, and a mirror holding member 36 holding a mirror 35 is engaged with the jimbal mechanism 28 so that it can rock. The fixed member 21 is provided with a voice coil motor consisting of a coil which can rock through a connection member 43 and of a fixed magnet, and the jimbal mechanism 28 is provided with a voice coil motor consisting of a magnet to which the coil 44 which can rock is fixed. Thus, alignment deviation can be corrected by rotating the mirror 35 with the voice coil motors. |
