PURPOSE:To shorten the assembly time and precisely position the unit by catching the claw of a snap fit part, provided to a toroidal lens, in the hole of a frame and fixing the toroidal lens to the frame. CONSTITUTION:The toroidal lens 3 which converges laser light from a laser light emission part and projects on a four-surface mirror is provided with two snap fit parts 8, which are extended downward in parallel and has claws 10 at their terminal parts, on the reverse side. The frame 1, on the other hand, is provided with holes 9 and 7 corresponding to the snap fit parts 8. The size of the snap fit parts 8 and the positions of the holes 9, and the position of the lens part of the toroidal lens 3 to the snap fit parts 8 are made strictly precise. Then the terminals of the snap fit parts 8 are inserted into the holes 9 and the claws 10 are caught by the reverse surface of the frame 1 to fix the toroidal lens 3 to the frame 1. Consequently, the toroidal lens 3 can precisely be positioned on the frame 1 without any position adjustment. |
