PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the radio channel of the radio telephone system. CONSTITUTION:At a master set 1 of the radio telephone system, use conditions at a present time point of the radio channel for speaking with plural slave sets 11a, 11b, 11c,... is accumulated and stored in a radio channel information table 15 and when the number of radio channels in use is more than a prescribed number, information prepared by a guidance reproducing part 14 for urging speaking end is transmitted to the slave sets. The radio channel information table 15 is stored with information such as the identification number of the slave set, the radio channel in use, a use starting time and a distinction between line wire speaking and extension speaking for each originated call and terminated call. A timer 13 counts a time when the use of the radio channel is started.
