摘要 PURPOSE:To measure in a short time by detecting a phase difference between an original modulated wave and a reflected modulated wave by a plurality of phase difference-detecting means and calculating a three-dimensional distance. CONSTITUTION:For instance, laser lights from laser sources 2A, 2B are changed by optical modulators 3A, 3B in accordance with a frequency of an oscillating wave from an oscillator 9. Original modulated waves P0 are projected to an object 1 and reflected modulated waves P1 from the object 1 are received by a plurality of photodetectors 6A, 6B, thereby to detect phase differences 6a, 6b between the original modulated waves P0 and reflected modulated waves P1 by phase difference detectors 7A, TB. A three-dimensional distance between each device 101, 102 and the object 1 is calculated from the detected result, from which a shape of the object is measured in three dimensions by a computer 8.
