PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of connector. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical external terminal 12 is equipped with the insulating body in the inside, and an internal terminal 14 is inserted onto the axis of the external terminal 12 of the insulating body. The external terminal 12 is formed by punching a flat plate-like body of the external terminal by press working, and cutting and standing a projection 11 on a spiral of the same screw, and forming the plate-like body into a cylindrical shape. The insulating body 13 is insert-molded in the external terminal 12, and furthermore, the internal terminal 14 is inserted into the insulating body 13 to manufacture a coaxial connector C1. In this coaxial connector C1, the projection 11 forms a part of a screw thread to form a C12-type and a C15-type connector.
