PURPOSE:To reproduce precisely even when respective clock pits are recorded shifting from ideal recording positions due to the rotational unevenness of a motor rotational speed of an original disk recorder by preventing from being affected by cross talk from adjacent track. CONSTITUTION:A recorded signal on a disk 3 rotatively driven by a spindle motor 2 is read by a pickup 1, and a reading signal according to the recorded signal is supplied to a head amplifier 4. At this time, resp[ective phase detecting clock pits of a reproducing clock are arranged in a nonalignment state in the radial direction at every adjacent tracks so as to be affected by no cross talk from the adjacent track. The amplifier 4 amplifies the reading signal to send it to an A/D converter 5 as the reading signal (p). The converter 5 samples the signal (p) at the timing of the reproducing clock to supply it to a data demodulation circuit 6, a synchronization detection circuit 7, a subtraction circuit 8, a comparator 9 and the subtraction circuit 10, 11. Then, the data demodulation circuit 6 demodulates such a sample sequence (q), and makes it into the reproducing data. |
