<p>PURPOSE:To accurately evaluate the process ability of a production line in a short time without the need of expert knowledge. CONSTITUTION:A process flow chart is operated by an arithmetic operation part 10 based on the production condition data and process condition data of the production line inputted from an input part 11, simulation is executed and the working conditions of the respective processes and the operating conditions of operators at the respective times are obtained in numerical values. Based on the numerical values of the working conditions of the processes and the operating conditions of the operators, the flow of products in the production line is displayed on the screen of a display part 13 by moving pictures by a display control part 12.</p> |
